2. In the Return and Refund Policy a standard timeline needs to be mentioned. (7 to 10 working days), Kindly add the standard timeline (7-10 working days) for completing the refund and return policy after claiming for refund. If there is no refund policy or cancellation policy then that should be also mentioned in the website’s refund or return
   
3. About Us should be present in the Website Footer, along with company and management details.
   
4. Registered Address which is provided on the trade license needs to be mentioned on the website footer or contact us page.
   
5. Delivery Time needs to be mentioned on the website. (Inside Dhaka – 5 days & Outside Dhaka – 10 days).
   
6. Trade license Number needs to be mentioned on the website footer or in the about us section.
   
7. No demo version or Under Maintenance site will be acceptable in the case of Payment Gateway. There should be a live product or service available on the website.

9. Product stock quantities or details should be clearly displayed in the product description. For out-of-stock items, this information should also be included in the product image.
