General Statement
RAIOS INTERNATIONAL is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Customers are advised to review all terms before purchase.
In-Store Purchases
Customers must check products in the presence of sales representatives at the time of purchase. Once accepted, products are not eligible for return or exchange. Warranty services will apply as per manufacturer terms.
Courier Deliveries & Unboxing
Customers must record a clear unboxing video when opening courier packages. This serves as proof of product condition. Without valid video evidence, refund or return requests will not be accepted.
Online Orders – Issue Reporting
Any manufacturing defects or issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product via hotline support.
Return Eligibility
• Product must be unused and free from scratches or damage• Original packaging must be intact and undamagedFailure to meet these conditions will void return eligibility
Incorrect / Suspicious Package
• Do not open or tamper with suspicious packages• Contact support immediatelyOpening or damaging such packages will make the product non-returnable
Non-Returnable Cases
• Change of mind after receiving a fault-free product• Product incompatibility with customer setup• Software or software license purchases• Products accepted in good condition without defects
Payment & Refund Charges
• Refund processing fees may apply for MFS, online gateway, or POS payments• Cashback received will be deducted from the refund amount
Damaged Deliveries
Customers should not accept visibly damaged packages. Acceptance will:• Void complaint eligibility• Release RAIOS INTERNATIONAL from liability
