Key Terms
* All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after sale. Warranty service (repair/replacement) is provided as per manufacturer policy.
* Warranty is void if there is physical damage, burns, liquid exposure, electrical faults, misuse, or removed warranty seals/stickers.
* Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
* Warranty applies only to products with a valid serial number and original invoice.
* Software issues and data loss are not covered. Customers must back up their data.
* Inspection may take a minimum of 5 days, and repair time can range from 5–30 days or more, depending on parts availability.
* Devices with No Power/No Display/Dead condition will be accepted on condition and checked for warranty eligibility.
* Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
* Manufacturer warranty terms also apply.
* RAIOS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
